Booking Policy

We kindly request you carefully read through and understand the following information before booking your appointment.

Deposits

We require a $50 deposit for all hair colour, hair extension and cosmetic clinic appointments. This non-refundable deposit not only secures your booking but allows us to allocate the necessary time, team member and resources for your allocated booking time.

Please note this $50 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service or treatment at the time of checkout.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24hours notice. This allows our team the opportunity to fill your spot with clients on our waitlist. If you provide sufficient notice within the 24hrs cancellation timeframe, your deposit will be carried forward to your new appointment. There will be no

Cancellations within the 24hr timeframe will incur the cancellation fee of your deposit and we adhere to our strict policy and guidelines.

No show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will incur a 50% fee of the service amount. This will be charged to your card or fees will be trasnferred across to your next booking

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment or call and let us know you are running late. Late arrivals more than 20 minutes may result in the appointment being rescheduled for another time.

One-person per appointment

Due to limited space and respectful distancing within our salon, we have a strict one-person per appointment policy. Children are not permitted to accompany clients in attendance of appointments.
